Bale Karang Beach Cottages Batukaras

In 2010 by taking location in front of the beach, on Jl. Sanghyangkalang, Bale Karang is planned and started to be built as a place to relieve fatigue from boring daily activities. The architecture of the building which refers to the traditional fishing village on the south coast of West Java with a tropical landscape creates a contemplative atmosphere to enjoy the natural symphony which is a blend of sound waves and sea breeze.


How to get to Bale Karang Beach Cottages

1. By Plane
The easiest route to us is to fly into Jakarta. Then from Halim Airport in East Jakarta directly to Pangandaran Airport (CJN – Cijulang Nusawiru Airport).

2. By Car
If driving from Bandung, The Shortcut:
Drive southeast through Garut and under Tasikmalaya through the hills and jungle past Mount Guntur and Gunung Cikuray directly to us.

  • Approx. 25 minutes from Nusa Wiru Cijulang Airport, using a private vehicle.
  • Estimated 2,5 hours from Banjar City by private vehicle, and 1 hour from Pangandaran Beach.
